Clear cover plate for the Schlage L series Mortise locks. Allows observation of the function of the lock from the lid side. The cover will not accept a mortise cylinder on the lid side. The handle stop screw hole is drilled for 8-32 and can be tapped by the end user. The cover screw holes are not countersunk, just use pan head replacements.
